The open plan kitchen/diner is spacious and bright, with bi-folding doors and skylights allowing natural light to flood the room. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and there is additional seating for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can dine indoors or on the raised decked patio outside.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, while the second bedroom has a double bed and open storage. The third bedroom offers twin beds and ample storage space. The family bathroom features a large P-shaped bath with a shower over it. Outside, the raised decking area provides a space for al fresco dining, with original wood from the boatyard used for the steps leading to the garden. A private driveway allows parking for two cars, and there is easy access to the village via a side gate.
