The sitting room has an open fire and well-stocked bookshelves, a DVD player and CD radio. This room and the kitchen open out into an exceptionally large double-glazed garden room, 30 feet long, containing comfortable seating and dining areas. This, in turn, opens into a private lawned garden with stunning views to the south and the Northumberland coast.
The kitchen has granite worktops and is equipped with stainless steel oven and hob, dishwasher, washer-drier, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a granite-topped island unit in the centre of the kitchen, adding to the excellent working space.
The downstairs accommodation is completed by a bathroom with a power shower.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with a king-size bed and television, two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower.
