The accommodation is of a high standard and includes a comfortable conservatory and private parking. The living/dining room is spacious with an electric fire, TV, and a large bay window overlooking the lawn gardens. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a shower room with a shower, WC, and basin. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, en suite bath with over bath shower, WC and basin, and French windows leading to the conservatory. Bedroom 2 is smaller with twin beds suitable for children. The conservatory features comfortable seating, a TV/DVD player, and an iPod docking station. Outside, there is a patio with furniture, oil central heating, and private parking for 2 cars. The rental includes all power, bed linen, and towels, as well as a welcome tea tray with milk, biscuits, and complimentary wine. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. The cottage is within walking distance of the village shops, pubs, and beach.
