The spacious sitting / dining room features a large arched window with marvellous views to the south, a vaulted ceiling with timber beams, and masses of books, making this an exceptionally atmospheric and comfortable base for a self-catering holiday near Alnwick and Morpeth in Northumberland. There is a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV and MP3 player as in all the cottages at Beacon Hill.
The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with an excellent range of appliances, including a washer-drier and dishwasher. A deep-freeze is also available. The sleeping accommodation comprises one double bedroom with TV and one bunk bedroom with full-size adult beds. The fully-tiled bathroom has a bath and power shower. This is an exceptionally private cottage with south-facing lawns and great views.
