The cottage features a king-size double room and a twin room that can be converted into a super king-size double, along with a bathroom and a walk-in shower room. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy sitting room with a woodburning stove lead to a garden room with bi-fold doors opening to a lovely patio. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars, making it an ideal base for friends or family looking to explore Northumberland.

The cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as oil central heating, an electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, and WiFi. A selection of books, games, and DVDs are also provided for entertainment. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent, with a cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is a BBQ for outdoor dining. The cottage is non-smoking and the nearest shop and pub are 1.5 miles away.
