The apartment is part of the North Quay Apartment block which is also home to Apartments 5 & 8, accommodating a total of 12 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering stays, while the two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds) and spacious family bathroom offer comfort and convenience. Guests have access to the full apartment, with keys accessed via a secure key safe and private on-site parking available for one vehicle.
