The living area features two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a wood burning stove set in a stone fireplace. A conservatory overlooks the south facing garden, providing a perfect spot for breakfast. The first floor offers views of the golf course and sea from the bedrooms and bathroom, with a master bedroom, second double bedroom, and single bedroom. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Outside, the cottage boasts a good-sized south facing lawned garden and patio with a dining table, chairs, and BBQ for outdoor dining. Parking is available at the front of the cottage on the access road. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under five years old due to the wrought iron spiral staircase.
