Aurora Skies is a charming single-storey timber lodge located in the village of Cresswell on the North Sea coast, ideal for a seaside getaway. The lodge can accommodate four people in two bedrooms, with a king-size double and adult bunks room sharing a shower room. The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and cosy sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a decked veranda and furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional cost.

The amenities at Aurora Skies include electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. The enclosed garden features a patio with table and chairs, a veranda with additional seating, and a charcoal BBQ. The property is non-smoking and has a maximum occupancy of four people.

Cresswell is a picturesque Northumberland village known for bird watching, with Cresswell Pond and Druridge Bay Country Park nearby. The village has an ice cream shop and is close to the town of Ashington, which offers a range of shops and a market day on Tuesdays. Ashington also boasts two country parks, Wansbeck Riverside Country Park and the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park at Woodhorn. The cabin is conveniently located near local landmarks such as Woodhorn Narrow Gauge Railway and Warkworth Castle, with opportunities for activities like golfing and exploring maritime history.
