The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with icebox. The bathroom includes an over bath electric shower, washbasin, WC, and shaver point. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture for guests to enjoy the fresh air. Off-road parking is available for one car.

Pets are allowed at Larch Cottage by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of £25 per week for one small dog. It is important to note that smoking is not allowed on the property.
