Alby House is a spacious and comfortable property located at the top of Runswick Bay in North Yorkshire, just yards away from the coastal footpath of the Cleveland Way and the beach. The charming village is surrounded by hills and cliffs, making it a popular destination for photographers and artists due to its beauty. The house can sleep up to 9 people in its 5 bedrooms, making it suitable for large gatherings of families or friends. It also has the flexibility to accommodate smaller groups if the second floor is not used.

The property features a variety of amenities, including an open fire, TV with Freesat and DVD, radio/CD player, iPod dock, and Wifi. The house has electric central heating throughout, as well as log burners in the dining room and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a wooden 'play den' with table football, snooker, and table tennis. Parking is available for two cars on the drive. Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £35 per pet per week. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
