This very spacious family house is situated on the West side of Whitby town among Victorian Terraces. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre, beach and all amenities. It has parking for two cars in the drive. Because of the bed situation, this property is more suitable for 6 adults and three children.

Two steps lead up to the front door. Entrance, hallway. On the ground floor is a large lounge with bay window, dining area and a kitchen. From the kitchen you step into an enclosed yard. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one very spacious one with bay window, a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over bath and toilet and washbasin. Fairly steep stairs lead to the second floor where there are three more bedrooms, one with full-size bunk beds, one with a single bed and one with twin beds. The bunk bedroom and single bedroom are more suitable for children.

fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven and extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer. TV with SKY freeview, DVD and video, music centre. Bed linen is provided. Gas central heating. Seating in front of the house. Enclosed back yard with sitting out furniture. Non-smokers only. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Off street parking for two cars.
