This spacious modern built house is located at the bottom of Waterstead Lane bordering the railway line and the marina with excellent views over the river towards the old bridge and the Abbey. It is a short level walk into town with all its amenities.

Accommodation:
Entrance, hallway. Downstairs toilet with hand washbasin. Spacious well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Lounge with dining area and electric 'wood-burning stove'. From the lounge you can step onto a private sunny patio with fabulous views of the marina. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a smaller bedroom with full-size bunk beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Also a family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor there is a large attic bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Large Velux style windows till floor level make this a light and airy room. From the small balcony you have fabulous views of Whitby.

Large fridge/ freezer, gas hob and separate eye level electric oven and grill, microwave, built-in washer/dryer and dishwasher. Colour TV with video and DVD player, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen provided. A  travel cot and high chair are provided. Large patio with garden furniture. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.
