Close to the water's edge, this comfortable new-built cottage is located on a quayside development by the side of the river Esk. From the cottage and the sitting out area you have superb views across the harbour. The local pub is just across the road and it is level walking to Whitby town centre. A perfect place for a family holiday.

Accommodation:
Entrance, spacious open plan lounge and kitchen/diner. Doors open up to the patio with great views of the harbour. Ample storage in all the rooms. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with one single bed. Also a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. For parties with more than 5 people the adjoining extension is available with a spacious lounge and open plan modern kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms - one double and one single and a fmily bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath on the first floor. If the extension is not required it can be closed off with a discounted price.
