Next to the lounge is the 'ballroom-sized' games room which houses a full-sized snooker table has comfortable seating and a feature fireplace. From the dining room stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The very large master bedroom has a king-size bed and built in wardrobes and the same large bay window as the lounge. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. Also a bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin and a second separate toilet with hand washbasin. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds and a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.
