The cottage features a double room, a family room with a double bed and adult bunk beds, and a 2'6" twin room. From October 7th, 2023, the bunk beds will be removed, reducing the sleeping capacity to six. The property also includes a family bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a utility, a dining room, and a sitting room. Outside, there is parking available nearby on the village green, as well as a lovely lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ.

Amenities at Braeside include oil central heating, electric stoves, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, two smart TVs, a DVD player, WiFi, and a selection of games. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the local shop and pub, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
