The entrance to the cottage is from a south-facing courtyard, leading into a lounge with an electric stove and large night storage heaters. French windows open onto a private patio overlooking gardens, a children's play area, and countryside views, perfect for enjoying sunsets or watching children play. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, and electric hob, as well as a full-sized freezer.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms including a king-size en-suite, a twin room, and a large bedroom with three single beds, along with a family bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a shower over the bath. Located in a rural area, Giltspur Cottage is close to attractions such as the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Rosedale Abbey, North York Moors National Park, and Dalby Forest Visitor Centre. Nearby amenities include Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo, as well as Scampston Walled Garden, making it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the North of England.
