This Grade II listed town house is situated in the 'old' town close to Scarborough Castle with easy access to both the North and the South Bay. The house is full of character and homeliness and is the perfect base from which to explore the town, the beaches and all of Scarborough's attractions.

Behind the dining room is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a utility area which leads to a large suntrap patio.From here steps lead up to the private parking at the rear of the property. Fairly steep stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with two single beds, TV with freeview and DVD, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Also a bedroom with a double bed, TV with freeview  and DVD  and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Very steep ladder like stairs lead to the top floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV with freeview and DVD and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Services: fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric grill and oven, microwave, washing machine and separate dryer and dishwasher. Colour TV with DVD radio/CD player and WiFi. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Private car parking space for two cars. Large stepped patio at the back of the house with sitting out furniture and summerhouse. A welome pack (including a bottle of 'bubbly') is set for your arrival. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Because of the steep stairs the second floor bedroom is not suitable for small children and people with mobility problems.
