This newly-built modern cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard and is situated on a small development near the river Esk with views of the old viaduct in this peaceful and idyllic location. Whitby is only a five minute drive or a twenty minute walk away.

Accommodation:
Entrance, hallway with tiled floor. Downstairs toilet with hand washbasin. Lounge with patio doors to the front and views to the viaduct. Large kitchen/diner with patio doors to a sunny decked area with garden furniture. On the first floor are three bedrooms: one with a single bed and a single pull-out bed and wardrobe, one with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Also a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. Patio doors lead out to a balcony with table and chairs. The property has a large bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Services:
Fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Colour TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Sitting out area at the back of the house. Non-smokers only. Sorry no pets. Private car parking space in the parking area at the front of the cottage.
