The Old Stables

This newly built former bungalow is situated on the west side of the town in a quiet residential area where the stables for the old dairy used to be. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard. it has ample private parking and is just a short walk from the West Cliff and the town with all its amenities.   

Accommodation
Entrance, hallway. Lounge with well-equipped open plan kitchen/diner. A downstairs bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and chest of drawers. Also a spacious, modern bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, toilet and double washbasin. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds with ample fitted storage as well as a separate second toilet with hand washbasin. From a couch on the landing you can watch TV.

Services
Fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Large colour TV with video and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are provided. Non-smokers only! A small, well-behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs. Sunny patio with garden furniture. Private parking for two cars near the cottage.
