The Homestead is a semi-detached cottage located in Hardraw near Hawes, North Yorkshire, that can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. The cottage features two family rooms, a single room, and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room with an open fire, and a sitting room also with an open fire. Outside, there is ample roadside parking, a front garden, and access to a paddock, making it an ideal base for exploring Wensleydale and Swaledale through walking and touring.

Fuel, power, and a starter pack for open fires are included in the rent, while bed linen is also provided (towels are not included). The cottage does not allow pets or smoking, and there is a shop within 1 mile and a pub just a minute's walk away. Due to its location, mobile signal can be intermittent, and charging of hybrid/electric cars is not permitted at the property.
