A door leads to the downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin and to the back door. On the first floor are four bedrooms, one with a double bed and and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, one bedroom with a single bed and a single pull-out bed and two bedrooms each with a single bed. Also a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator, 5 ringed gas range with grill and oven, microwave, dishwasher. Colour TV with DVD. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas and electricity. Bed linen is provided. Patio table and chairs. A double garage, secure storage for bikes, plus ample car parking space in the drive. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Opposite the house is a large village green with an enclosed play area for children. A twenty minute walk takes you to the beach. The village has a super market, several shops and pubs within easy walking distance.
