This property is situated on the edge of Whitby not far from the beach and Golf Course. Shops, three takeaways and an excellent small restaurant are opposite. It is about three quarters of a mile from Whitby Town centre and there is a regular bus service.

Accommodation:
The annex is attached to a private house and is completely self-contained with its own entrance. All the accommodation is ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, cloakroom with toilet, kitchen with dining area, lounge with French doors which lead onto a sheltered patio with barbecue and garden furniture. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over bath, bidet and toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (you can see the sea from this bedroom) and one with two single beds. In addition there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge which will sleep two people.

Fridge/freezer, microwave, SKY TV (sports), DVD player, radio, high chair, automatic washing machine. Duvets on all beds - bed linen is provided. Gas central heating. Patio/garden with garden furniture and barbecue; WiFi by arrangement. Private parking for two cars in drive to annex. Sorry, no pets.
