ACCOMMODATION:  Lounge with leather sofas and coal-effect gas fire. Lobby with understairs storage and back door to the large enclosed sun-trap patio area with furniture and plants. This shared yard is secure with a lockable gate. Bright modern kitchen/diner. Stairs to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views over the harbour. Also a huge bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Stairs to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and fabulous harbour views and a bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers and a rail with coathangers.

SERVICES:  large fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob and built-in electric oven,  microwave and washing machine. Colour TV with freesat and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas-fired central heating and double-glazing throughout the house. Bedlinen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Council car park nearby. You can park outside the property to load and unload.
