This lovely old barn has recently been converted to a very comfortable holiday cottage in a very quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful open farmland.
The conversion has been carried out with skill and much of the old charm and character has been kept with wood lintels, stone sills and lots of exposed beams throughout the property. There are quality fixtures and fittings and some delightful views of the open countryside.
This cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the fells and hills of Swaledale with a host of walks from the doorstep. Askrigg in Wensleydale is only 4 miles away and Hawes, Leyburn and Richmond are all easily accessible.
Ground floor - 1 twin bedroom with 2 steps up to adjacent wet room, sitting room, fully fitted dining kitchen. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 king size double and 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.
Multifuel stove in sitting room, full central heating - all fuel and power is included. Cot, feeding chair, colour TV, DVD player, microwave, shaver point, deep freeze, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone. Bed linen and towels are provided. Garden and patio with furniture.
