The cottage is situated in the historic part of Whitby not far from the 199 steps which lead to Whitby Abbey and St Mary's church. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and all other amenities.

The whole cottage is decorated to a very high standard. Entrance. Fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with dining facilities. Cosy lounge with electric coal-effect fire. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin. On the second floor is a second spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a baby cot also a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. Refrigerator and separate freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, automatic washing machine. Colour TV with video and DVD. Sega mega drive, tape player and CD music centre. Gas central heating - no charge for gas or electricity. Lights are on dim-switches. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Council Car Park a few minutes walk away, but you can take your car to load and unload. non-smokers preferred. One well-behaved dog is welcome but not allowed upstairs.
