This Victorian terraced house is to be found on the west side of Whitby. It is comfortably furnished and is the perfect base from which to explore the town. A short walk takes you down to the harbour, shops and all other amenities.

Accommodation:
Entrance, hallway. Through lounge and dining room with gas coal-effect fire and laminate flooring. From the dining room two steps lead down to a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Ample storage space. Also a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath toilet and washbasin. Fairly steep stairs lead to an attic bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers, clothes rack. The velux windows give you views over the rooftops. Child-gate at the top of the stairs. All bedrooms have a small TV.

Services:
Refrigerator, separate freezer in utility cupboard, gas cooker with grill and oven, washing machine, microwave. Colour TV with freeview and video. Gas central heating- no extra charge for gas or electricity. Bed linen  and towels are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Non-smokers only. Sorry no pets. On street parking near the cottage. At the rear of the property there is a small suntrap patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
