Niffany Barn is a charming stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion situated on a working farm on the outskirts of Skipton in North Yorkshire. The cottage can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms, including a super king-size double with en-suite, a single bedroom that can be converted into a king-size double, and another super king-size double that can be set up as a twin. The living areas are located on the first floor in an 'upside down' style, with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a hallway. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a garden with a patio, garden furniture, and a BBQ.

Guests staying at Niffany Barn can enjoy amenities such as electric central heating, a woodburning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental, and fuel for the woodburning stove is provided on an honesty box basis. Due to the property's location on a working farm, guests are advised to keep dogs on a lead outside and supervise children near the canal.
