This 17th century Grade II listed cottage is situated in Chapel Street, one of the quaint little ginnells in the old village of Robin Hood's Bay. It retains some lovely old features such as wood panelled walls, fireplaces and beamed ceilings, yet has all the modern comforts.

Entrance, hallway. On the right hand side is a cosy lounge seating six with a beamed ceiling and coal-effect gas fire in ornate surround. On the left hand side is a spacious dining room with seating area around a gas 'wood burner-effect' fire. A few steps lead up to a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. From here a door leads to a sun trap patio garden. On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds (one of which is raised), wardrobe and dressing table. A bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Also a light and sunny bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawersand seating area. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the second floor where there is a spacious attic bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, seating area and an en-suite shower room with power shower, toilet and washbasin.
