Outside, there is roadside parking and a small rear patio with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal family holiday home for exploring the North Yorkshire coast and the North York Moors National Park.

Please note that there are steep stairs up to the second floor and that the property is located on the A171 with a bus stop into town nearby.
