This cosy cottage is situated in a small ginnell off Sandgate, close to the swing bridge in the heart of old Whitby. Although the cottage is in a busy and popular part of Whitby, close the door behind you and it is a quiet place to stay.

Accommodation:
Entrance. Open plan kitchen with dining facilities. An open staircase divides the kitchen/diner and lounge area which have wooden flooring. Coal effect gas fire in the lounge. Storage area. French doors lead to a small patio area with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both with twin beds and ample storage space. On the second floor there is a spacious bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. From the bathroom you can step onto a patio area with wooden decking, table and chairs. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a brass double bed, built-in wardrobe and dressing table.

Refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with sky TV video and DVD player, radio/cassette player.Sony playstation and games Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided with duvets on all beds. Small patio on ground floor and larger 'sundeck' on the first floor. Parking in the Council Car Park (weekly tickets available from Tourist Information Centre). Non-smokers only! Well-behaved dogs are welcome.(Ground floor only)
