The cottages are newly built and furnished and decorated to a particularly high standard. The walls of Scarborough Castle are within 750 yards, a long stretch of golden beach awaits on the South Bay. Amusements, cafes and shops along the Foreshore Road with more serious shopping available in the market or town centre itself. The apartments are beautifully furnished and decorated.

Accommodation: entrance into a spacious lounge with modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and high quality bed settee. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin. Stairs lead to the first floor. Landing. Off the landing are a bedroom with a double bed, which can be split into twin beds and a day bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Also a second bedroom with a double bed. Ample storage. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms have TV's with built-in DVD.

Services: fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and extractor hood, washer/dryer, microwave. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD. Central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. One well behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs.(£10 charge for the dog payable to the directly to the owner on arrival - £25 for 2012 bookings!) Off street parking for one car.
