The property features a first-floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second-floor double bedroom, and a second-floor twin bedroom, along with a separate bathroom. The cottage also includes a lower ground floor kitchen with a dining area and a cozy sitting room with a woodburning stove for those chilly evenings.

The amenities at Clevelyn include electric panel heaters, an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, and a selection of books and games.
