Converted from the old hay loft, the property features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and parts of the farm date back many hundreds of years. With glorious sea views over fields to the sea and cliffs, the cottage is surrounded by fields on three sides but is only a short distance from the sea and Filey town with its restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the sandy beaches.

The cottage includes 1 double bedroom with an en suite and 2 twin rooms, one of which is larger while the third is best suited for children with smaller beds. The open-plan downstairs area features a large kitchen and living area with patio doors leading out to a patio and grassed area, ideal for children to play on. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a large flat-screen TV downstairs, and a TV in the main en suite bedroom. The property also has ample parking, areas for BBQs, and al fresco dining.

Ideal for a family or group of up to 6, the cottage is also often let to families of 4 looking for a lovely place to stay. Bed linen is provided, but towels and tea towels are not included. Pets are not allowed, and current COVID-19 rules regarding the number of guests and households will apply. There is a £25/week charge per vehicle if used to charge a car, paid locally.
