This is a period town house of character, situated near the Spa, in a perfect position not far from the seafront, shops and facilities within easy walking distance and just a short stroll from the sands. The house has recently been refurbished and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Accommodation:
On the ground floor is a lounge, a fitted kitchen/diner and a toilet with washbasin. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and Colour TV and one with two single beds. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath, electric shower, and toilet. On the second floor is a bedroom with two single beds.
Services:
Fridge/freezer, colour TV with DVD and X-box games console in the lounge, colour TV in double bedroom, radio, dishwasher, microwave, automatic washing machine. Gas central heating. Duvets on all beds. Bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Large lock-up yard with double doors at rear of the house where you can park a car. Non-smokers only. Pets welcome but not allowed upstairs.
