This terraced property nestles on the hillside just below Whitby Abbey and overlooks the harbour, dock and yachting marina. It faces south-west and catches the sun all day. The views are some of the most attractive to be found in Whitby.

Accommodation:
On the ground floor is a good sized lounge with new fitted kitchen recess and dining area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All the rooms except one bedroom have harbour views.

Fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave. Colour T.V. with SKY and DVD player. A lot of attention has been paid to safety: there are smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, a security alarm, and a safety deposit box. Gas central heating - there is no extra charge for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided.  There are 2 child safety gates in the cottage. Spacious decked patio. Street parking a few minutes' walk away from the cottage or in the Abbey Car park about 5 minutes' walk away. Pets by arrangement - one small dog may be allowed but no cats.
