With a bus stop just around the corner and the 'monks trod' taking you into town in around 10 minutes. The Golf Course, the West Cliff and Sandsend are all within easy reach.

Accommodation:
Entrance. Hallway. Lounge with open plan kitchen/diner, living flame gas fire in original cast iron fireplace and beamed ceiling. Off the kitchen is a pantry. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, feature fire place. Also a bedroom with twin beds and a small bedroom with a single bed and washbasin. Room for a cot. Also a bathroom with bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator and separate freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Colour TV with SKY, DVD player and built in video, radio/CD player. Gas central heating -no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Parking space for one car. No-smoking upstairs. Well-behaved pets are welcome. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a bottle of wine is set for your arrival. Small front garden with garden furniture.
