This charming new-built cottage is located in the heart of the old town within a cobbled yard to the rear of a famous old coaching inn off Church Street. All of Whitby's amenities are on your doorstep. The cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Entrance porch. Hallway. Cosy lounge with three easy chairs, studio couch and electric 'stove effect' fire in brick fireplace. Modern, well-equipped kitchen has extending dining table and six chairs. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and hanging space and two chests of drawers whilst the other one has three single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric grill and oven, microwave, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Colour TV with digi satellite (60 channels) video and DVD. Radio/CD player. Gas central heating . Bed linen is provided. Strictly non-smoking. Sorry, no pets. Private car parking space in the yard in front of the cottage. For one small/medium car. Entry to yard is about 6ft 6ins (2 meters) wide. Sitting out area in front of the cottage.
