It was originally a granary but has been converted into a charming and cosy holiday cottage, perfect for two couples or a family. Each en-suite bedroom offers complete privacy, with one upstairs and one downstairs, making it suitable for those with mobility issues.

The cottage is spacious and comfortable, ideal for unwinding and relaxing. The lounge is upstairs, providing views of the countryside and forest. There is a spacious twin bedded en-suite room next to the lounge, and a very spacious en-suite bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed and a single bed. Both en-suite bathrooms are spacious with an electric shower over the bath. The large beamed dining kitchen has a farm kitchen feel and is well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.

Outside, there is a south-facing courtyard with seating, as well as a large extensive garden for children to play in and for the whole family to relax. The cottage is often used by extended families, with grandparents staying in the twin en-suite room upstairs and parents with children in the large en-suite bedroom downstairs. Pye Corner Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, with attractions such as the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Rosedale Abbey, Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo, and Scampston Walled Garden nearby. Short breaks are available off-peak, with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings during peak times.
