The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/lounge, and a garden room with a door to the patio. It is equipped with modern luxuries such as a Smart TV and gas-fired wood-burning stove. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge with icebox. Bed linen is provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels. The property has a steep staircase, which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or young children.

Parking is not available at the property, but public car parks are located at the top of the village. Pets are allowed at Holmlea by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £35 per pet per week.
