Situated in the area of Whitby called High Stakesby, this recently rebuilt character cottage has easy access to roads leading in and out of Whitby. With a bus stop just around the corner and the 'monk's trod' taking you into town in around 10 minutes. The Golf Course, the West Cliff and Sandsend are all within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION:  Entrance porch, hallway. Modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge with electric 'woodburner-effect' stove. Under the stairs storage area and downstairs toilet with hand washbasin. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and ample storage. From here you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Also a bedroom with twin beds and a small bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.  

SERVICES:  fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Colour TV with freeviewand built in DVD, radio/CD player with iPod connection. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are provided. Parking space for one car. Smoking allowed downstairs. Well-behaved pets welcome. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, a bottle of wine and a Whitby Gazette is set for your arrival. Small front patio with garden furniture.
