The house is situated in the historic part of Whitby, not far from the 199 steps which take you up to the Abbey. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and all other amenities. It is one of the few cottages in old Whitby with parking.

Accommodation:
The entrance to the house is through the carport where there is parking for one car. There is also room for another car in the front yard. On the ground floor is an entrance hall which leads to the utility room with automatic washing machine and the back door which leads to a small garden. There is a downstairs toilet and a hardwood spiral staircase leading to the first and second floors. On the first floor is a kitchen and a lounge/dining room. On the second floor is a bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. Because of the spiral staircase this property is NOT suitable for people with mobility problems or toddlers.
