ACCOMMODATION:  a lift or stairs take you to the first floor. Entrance, hallway. Off the hallway is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one with a king-size bed which can be 'unzipped' and made into twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Cosy L-shaped lounge with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. From the lounge you step out onto a balcony with table and chairs. Views of the Abbey in the distance. 

SERVICES:  fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with separate electric oven/grill, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Colour TV with freesat and DVD, radio/CD player. Modern electric under-floor heating with individual thermostats in each room. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Private parking for 1 car.
