The Sequoia is a charming ground-floor lodge located in Cloughton, Yorkshire, just four miles from the popular seaside town of Scarborough. This inviting lodge can accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms, which include a king-size double and a twin. The interior features an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy sitting area, as well as a modern bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for two cars, a decked veranda with seating, and a lawned astro-turf area with private hot tub.

The lodge is equipped with gas central heating, an electric fire, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and there is a £50 supplement per week for use of the hot tub. The property does not allow pets or smoking, and does not accept children under the age of 5. The village of Cloughton offers two pubs and excellent walking and cycling opportunities, including the nearby Cinder Track, a popular 23-mile railway track open to the public.

Located in the North York Moors National Park, the area surrounding Cloughton features stunning landscapes ranging from heather-clad moorland to the rugged coastline, making it a paradise for walkers.
