This beautiful, fully renovated cottage is situated in the heart of the old village of Robin Hood's Bay, just up the road from the 'Ye Olde Dolphin Pub'. It is retains some lovely old features like beamed ceilings, original fireplaces and an old-fashioned range in the kitchen. It has partial views of the sea from upstairs. It is the ideal place for a seaside holiday in one of the most iconic villages on the North East coast.
Accommodation: entrance into a cosy lounge with open fireplace. Through to a small, fully modernised kitchen with dining facilities. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers and original fireplace. Also a bedroom with a single bed and chest of drawers. On the second floor is a bedroom with a single bed and small chest of drawers. Also a spacious bathroom with roll top bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin.
Services: refrigerator with ice-box, ceramic hob with a combi oven which also works as a microwave. Washing machine in the outhouse at the back of the property. Flat screen TV with freeview and built-in DVD. Gas central heating and open fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not allowed upstairs.
