Situated on historic Brunswick Street with its three beautiful churches, this Grade II Listed semi-circular Chapter House is the former choir room and vestry to Brunswick Church, built in 1891 on a hill on Whitby's west side. The property is only five minutes from the sea front, bus and rail stations and all of Whitby's amenities.

Accommodation: an iron gate leads to the side entrance. Hallway. On the right hand side is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite house bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Through to the semi-circular master bedroom with a double bed, ample storage and an en-suite toilet. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a beautifully furnished and decorated lounge with electric 'wood-burner-effect' stove, open plan kitchen and semi-circular dining area.

Services: refrigerator with ice-box, electric hob with electric oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV (only 3 channels) with DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Strictly non-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but not allowed in any bedroom areas. A cot is available.  Enclosed yard. On street parking possible in the area, but please ask the agency for details.
