Accommodation:
On the ground floor is an entrance hall, well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Through double French doors the cosy lounge leads to the conservatory which overlooks the garden. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom which also leads into the conservatory. The main bedroom is up the stairs and across the galleried landing which overlooks the lounge. This bedroom contains a 5ft bed and en-suite toilet and washbasin.
Services:
Refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooker with grill and oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are in utility room. Colour TV, radio/cassette/CD player. Gas central heating (boosted up with night storage heating). Bedlinen and towels are provided. Guests are welcome to use the large garden, which has a natural pond (be careful with small children!). Grazing is available for one or two horses. Livery stables are available on the dairy farm next door (costs not included and subject to availability). Also within the grounds is off road car parking space for two cars or car with horse trailer. Non-smokers only. Well behaved pets are welcome.
