Situated in the area of Whitby called High Stakesby, this recently rebuilt cottage has easy access to roads leading in and out of Whitby. With a bus stop just around the corner and the 'monk's trod' taking you into town in around 10 minutes. The Golf Course, the West Cliff and Sandsend are all within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION:  Entrance porch, hallway with downstairs toilet and washbasin. Lounge with modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and electric 'woodburner-effect' stove. From the lounge stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Ample storage. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.  

SERVICES:  fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Colour TV with freeview and built in DVD, radio/CD player with iPod connection. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Parking space for one car. Smoking allowed downstairs. Well-behaved pets welcome. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, a bottle of wine and a Whitby Gazette is set for your arrival. Small front patio with garden furniture.
