'Starfish'  accommodation: eighteen steps lead up to the second floor. Entrance, hallway. Lounge with feature electric fire. A well-equipped kitchen. Also a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. From the hallway stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. This apartment has a fridge with ice-box.

Services: refrigerator with ice box, gas hob with wok ring, oven, microwave, dishwasher, access to washing and drying facilities. Gas central heating. Colour TV with video and DVD, Play station 1. Radio/CD player. Communal library of books, video's and DVD's. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request. A welcome pack is set for your arrival. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Non-smokers only. Parking permit provided for West Cliff parking five minutes walk from the property.
