This converted barn has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard and enjoys stunning views acoss the gardens to the beautiful rolling countryside beyond. 

The barn has retained a great deal of its original character with exposed beamed ceilings and even an original wood hayrack!  It is in a quiet and peaceful location, adjacent to the owners' house and is 1.5 miles from the small moors village of Lealholm, deep in the heart of the North York Moors.

There are some superb walks from the cottage itself and this also makes a great base for visiting Staithes and Whitby and even the City of York with its attractions is within easy reach.

For a more energetic holiday there is use of a tennis court in Glaisdale which is free.

Ground floor - sitting room, dining kitchen and bathroom with WC, separate shower cubicle and basin. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin.

Gas fired stove in sitting room, full oil-fired central heating - all fuel and power is included. Cot, high chair, Colour TV, video, DVD player, microwave, shaver point, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, deep freeze. Bed linen is provided, towel hire is available. Payphone. Patio and gardens with furniture and barbecue. Ample parking. Sorry pets are not allowed. N.B. This is a no smoking cottage
