Smuggler's Cove Cottage

This lovely stone-built cottage is centred around a pretty courtyard and is situated in Ravenscar, 'the town that never was' on the heritage coast. It is adjacent to Smuggler's Rock Country House which was built in 1840 as a temperance inn and used later on as a Coaching Inn and has links with smuggling which was flourishing on this part of the coast. The property is on a small-holding with lots of animals.

Accommodation: entrance through gated patio area into the kitchen. Cosy lounge with electric fire and dining area. A modern wrought-iron staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Ample storage. Shower room with power shower, toilet and washbasin. Great views over the countryside and towards the sea in the distance. 

Services: fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player. Heating by way of night storage heaters and electric fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided. Patio with garden furniture and BBQ in attractive enclosed patio/garden. Private off-road parking for at least one car. Non-smokers only. Free WiFi. Upto two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
